What better way to celebrate our 25^th anniversary than with an exhibition featuring some of Mexico’s best-known fiestas! Influenced by the intermingling of indigenous, Spanish and African cultures, the Mexican calendar of holidays lists more than 5,000 annual celebrations. El Alma de la Fiesta presents a variety of celebrations from both sides of the border, including: Day of the Dead, Day of the Virgin of Guadalupe, Holy Week, Carnival, Three Kings Day, May Day, Cinco de Mayo, as well as personal celebrations. These beautiful works of fine art and folk art display the richness, and diversity of these memorable and extraordinary days.

¡Qué mejor forma de celebrar nuestro vigésimo quinto aniversario que con una exposición que muestre algunas de las fiestas más conocidas de México! Influenciado por la mezcla de las culturas indígenas, española y africana, el calendario festivo mexicano cuenta con más de 5000 fiestas al año. El Alma de la Fiesta presenta una variedad de celebraciones de ambos lados de la frontera e incluye: El Día de los Muertos, el Día de la Virgen de Guadalupe, Semana Santa, Carnaval, Reyes Magos, Día del Trabajo, Cinco de Mayo, así como celebraciones personales. Estas hermosas piezas artísticas y del arte popular muestran la riqueza y la diversidad de estos memorables y extraordinarios días.
