GALLERY GUIDELINES

• Smoking is not permitted in the building.
• Food and drinks are not permitted in the galleries.
• Parcels, tripods, umbrellas and large bags (8" x 10" x 12" and larger) must be checked before entering the galleries. Coats must be checked before entering ticketed exhibitions. There are free Coat-Check Areas located at either side of the West Entrance and in the Great Stair Hall. Free lockers are also available.
• Please be considerate when using cellular phones. Please lower or silence the ringer and step into the nearest hallway to make or answer a call
• Please do not touch the works of art.
• Please do not sit or stand on platforms.
• Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
• Strollers are not permitted in ticketed exhibition galleries. The Museum reserves the right to exclude strollers from any other gallery for safety reasons.
